Congratulations on taking the first step toward optimizing your health!
We’re so excited to start your Women's Health Journey with you! Here’s a quick guide for how to get started and what to expect.
When you sign up for the Vitopia Women's Health Program, you’ll get a lab requisition for your program startup labs. To optimize your journey’s timeline, this should be done within 2-3 weeks. You will also Submit/Upload any historical labs from the last 12 months and record your Health Story.
You will need to attend or watch one of our Get Vitalized sessions to learn more about the program and prepare for your journey. This must be completed before you book your first session.
When you register for your Get Vitalized session, you will identify & engage your JOB (Journey Optimization Buddy). This person will support and encourage you as you map and navigate your Women's Health journey.
This will be a 30-minute live video/audio session with a Vitopia Care Guide to review self-reported historical labs and startup labs. During the session you will discuss your labs and receive an actionable Care Map to help you navigate your journey.
Use the link you receive to schedule your first session. Simply click the link in the email body and select a date and time that works for you.
Launch your Women's Health journey. Purchase nutraceuticals, implement diet/lifestyle recommendations, and get your prescriptions.
Be sure to include your name, preferred contact method, and the program you're reaching out about.
